Meet Nickie!

Hi! I'm Nickie, your personal trainer and pre/postnatal coaching specialist.

My journey into fitness began with the empowering rush of BodyPump and Zumba classes as a teen. This initial passion led me to become a certified trainer in 2018, guiding clients through strength training, kickboxing, and much more.

What fuels me? Teaching clients to sustain a healthy lifestyle through thoughtful exercise and nutrition, with a special focus on supporting pregnant and postnatal women—a time when care is crucial yet often neglected. My mission is to debunk fitness myths, helping you navigate through the noise and build a routine that truly enhances your life. Witnessing my clients conquer their fears and surpass their self-doubt is the most rewarding part of my work.

When I'm not training, you'll find me exploring exercise classes, roller skating, dancing, indulging my love for chocolate-based baking, or planning my next travel adventure.
