  • Personal Training: Specialized workouts for every stage of pregnancy and postpartum recovery, available in-person or virtually.

  • At-Home Training: Enjoy one-hour tailored workouts without interrupting your baby's schedule. Just book a two-hour “on-call” time slot, and I'll come to you.

  • The Gentle Return Package: Exclusively for new moms, this package includes training sessions, mom-safe custom workouts and coaching support through text, video, and/or email.

Weekly Virtual Group Classes

Join me every Friday at 12:00 pm CT for a 45-minute virtual full-body strength training class - and your first class is free! This session is designed for mothers, mothers-to-be, and mothers-in-the-making, but everyone is welcome. You can expect:

  • Breathwork: Together we'll explore diaphragmatic breathing and the connection breath to get in touch with your deep core muscles and tune in to your pelvic floor.

  • Functional Movement: I'll lead you through movements that mirror daily life to build strength and stability in key areas for moms - upper back, glutes, and core.

  • Cardiovascular Fitness: Did you know cardiovascular exercise is one tool to reduce the occurrence of health risks during pregnancy? I’ll help you get your heart rate up and get those steps in!

  • Modifications Provided: Every body is unique, so I'll offer modifications to suit your needs perfectly.
